CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you receive damage, faulty , or item not same as mention in description please contact us within 3 days of receiving item ( start from delivery date and buyers must be provide image(s)/ video(s) of receive item(s)). Buyers remorse are not acceptable.
The 20% restocking fee applies to all standard returns. If the item is not returned in original packaging nor fit for resale, the restocking fee may be higher at the discretion of the Returns Department.
30 days money back guaranty only applicable if item is in original packaging and completely unopened condition.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/refund. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines or any digital product cannot be returned/ refunded; All Sales Are Final. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
If wish to return, please contact us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by us. Failure to pay customs charge may result in the destruction of your order by customs, meaning you will receive a refund of up to 30%.
If in any case order (parcels) "undeliverable" for "insufficient" or "wrong address, refused by recipient (customer), customer will not get any refund.
Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days after orders departed from warehouse. Following countries and shipping methods may be different:
- For orders shipped to the USA, Tire 1 Countries it will be counted 45 days after orders departed from warehouse.
- For Brazil, it is after 110 days counting from the date that order departed from warehouse due to the strict customs clearance at Brazil.
Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
If order not delivered by above time frame, customer will eligible for automatic refund/resend items.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
Once your package has been shipped we cannot and will not refund your order until it has been returned to us.
You will need to email us within 24 hours of placing your order with the subject line saying "CANCEL". This will allow our customer service team to sort the emails every morning by that term to quickly let our shipping team know to cancel the order. Again, this action needs to be done ASAP. This is not a guarantee though, once your package has been paid for and shipped by us we will not process a refund.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
- Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us firstly to confirm the solution. Once we confirm the return, we will send the return shipping address to you. Please follow all of the instructions provided.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
